You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse, suspicious activity, signs of fraud, or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of this website may result in FUNADIQ.com cancelling any bookings associated with your name, email address, or account, and closing any associated FUNADIQ.com accounts. FUNADIQ.com may also cancel any bookings associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated FUNADIQ.com accounts if you have made multiple reservations on this website and FUNADIQ.com considers (acting reasonably) that any such reservation is for the purposes of reselling). If such reservations cancelled are non-refundable bookings, FUNADIQ.com reserves its right not to refund you for the cancelled reservations. In addition, FUNADIQ.com may verify (i.e. preauthorize) your credit card. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, FUNADIQ.com reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to FUNADIQ.com, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking, or freezing or closure of an account, please contact customer service.
SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, properties, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in FUNADIQ.com debiting your account for any costs FUNADIQ.com incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this website.
GROUP BOOKING
You may not book more than 30 rooms online for the same property/stay dates. If we determine that you have booked more than 30 rooms in total in separate reservations, we may cancel your reservations, and charge you a cancellation fee, if applicable. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to book 31 or more rooms, you must contact MSACSE travel specialists by phone. One of our travel specialists will research your request and contact you to complete your reservation. You may be asked to sign a written contract and/or pay a non-refundable deposit.
LONG STAY BOOKINGS
You may not book more than 28 nights online for the same property. If we determine that you have booked more than 28 nights in total in separate reservations, we may cancel your reservations, and charge you a cancellation fee, if applicable. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to book 29 nights or more, you must contact FUNADIQ.com’s long stay travel specialists by phone or by filling out the long stay travel form online. One of our travel specialists will research your request and contact you to complete your reservation. You may be asked to sign a written contract and/or pay a non-refundable deposit.

PREPAID PROPERTY RESERVATIONS
You acknowledge that FUNADIQ.com pre-negotiates certain room rates with property suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by FUNADIQ.com and the facilitation fee retained by FUNADIQ.com to compensate us for our services. You authorize FUNADIQ.com to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by FUNADIQ.com for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize FUNADIQ.com to facilitate property reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with property suppliers.
You acknowledge that, except as provided below with respect to tax obligations on the amounts we retain for our services, FUNADIQ.com does not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. The tax recovery charges on prepaid property transactions are a recovery of the estimated taxes that FUNADIQ.com pays to the property supplier for taxes due on the property's rental rate for the room. The property suppliers invoice FUNADIQ.com for certain charges, including tax amounts. The property suppliers are responsible for remitting applicable taxes to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. FUNADIQ.com does not act as co-vendors with the supplier with whom we book or reserve our customer's travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax amounts paid by FUNADIQ.com to the property suppliers may vary from the tax recovery charge amounts, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the property by our customers. Service fees retained by FUNADIQ.com for our services vary based on the amount and type of property reservation.
Sales, use and/or local property occupancy taxes are imposed on the amounts that we charge for our services (service fee and/or facilitation fee) in certain jurisdictions. The actual tax amounts on our services may vary depending on the rates in effect at the time of your property stay.
PAY NOW ONLINE OR PAY LATER AT PROPERTY DETAILS
With certain properties, you may be presented with the option to pay online immediately or to pay later at the property itself. If you select the option to pay online immediately, you will be charged the amount in the currency that you select immediately. If you select to pay later at the property itself, the property will charge you in the local currency of the relevant property at the time of your stay. Tax rates and foreign exchange rates could change in the time between booking and stay. You shall provide the details of your payment card and the supplier or FUNADIQ.com will often have to verify: (i) the validity of the payment card (through a charge of a nominal value that is either refunded within a few days or deducted from the final payment due to the supplier) and, (ii) the availability of funds on the payment card (to be confirmed by the bank issuing your credit card). FUNADIQ.com reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion (please see Supplier Rules and Restrictions).
Many bank and credit card companies charge their account holders a transaction fee when the card issuer and the merchant location (as defined by the card brand (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are in different countries. The currency exchange rate, if applicable, and any transaction fee are determined solely by the bank or other agency processing the transaction. These fees may be applied by the card issuer as a charge to the cardholders account. This means the amount listed on your credit or debit card statement may be a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on this Website. PRICES
The price of the travel services will be as quoted on the website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already accepted. FUNADIQ.com is under no obligation to provide travel services to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after you have been sent confirmation of your booking.

Travelers have many options on FUNADIQ.com to help them find the perfect property. The “sort” settings allow travellers to order search results to their preference, whether based on price, verified review score, or other criteria. The “filter” settings also allow travellers to include or exclude various options to suit their travel needs. If no options are selected, FUNADIQ.com will show a range of relevant options in the search results, based on the criteria outlined below.
In our default sort of “Our Favourites”, the sort order reflects the relevance of properties to your search criteria, as we want to make sure you are able to quickly and easily find the offer that is right for you. We measure relevance by taking into account factors like a property’s location, its review scores, the popularity of the property (measured by how many travellers on our sites make bookings at that property), the quality of the content provided by the property, and the competitiveness of the property’s rates and availability, all relative to other properties meeting your chosen search criteria. The compensation which a property pays us for bookings made through our sites is also a factor for the relative ranking of properties with similar offers, based on the relevance factors described above. On our non-default sorts (e.g., by price or by star rating), properties with similar results will be ordered based on the factors above.
Additionally, FUNADIQ.com continually optimizes our service to provide the best experience to travellers. Accordingly, we may test different default sort order algorithms from time to time.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
You can change or cancel your lodging booking either online under your Reservations when signed into your FUNADIQ.com account, or by calling our customer services number.
You can change your guest name, bed type, smoking preference, special requests, accessibility options, room type, number of guests and travel dates at no charge to you by FUNADIQ.com. Lodging suppliers may impose other change and/or cancellation fees. Charges vary by reservation, so please review your confirmation email for details.
You agree to pay any supplier required cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some properties do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the property reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid property reservations.
In the event that a property is unable to honour your booking, FUNADIQ.com will not be liable for any cost incurred due to relocation.
If you do not show for the first night of your reservation but plan to check-in for subsequent nights in the reservation, you must confirm the reservation with FUNADIQ.com no later than the original date of check-in to prevent cancellation of the whole booking. If you do not confirm the booking changes with FUNADIQ.com the whole booking may be cancelled and refunds will only be due to you in line with the Rules and Restrictions of the particular property, as notified in the booking process.

Quotes, Rates &Price Variations
Our system accesses both live pricing and static pricing depending upon the supplier. It is not uncommon for suppliers (e.g. Airlines, Hotels, Transport) to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change prior to your booking request and any transaction being processed. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
Bookings - Deposits & Final Payments:
Bookings travelling more than 30 days out will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $75 at the time of confirmation with the balance owing payable 10 days prior to travel (the “due date”). Prior to the due date, the balance owing may be paid by credit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to avoid card fees. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking. Bookings over high seasons require a non-refundable deposit of between $200 & $600, and final payment 45 days prior, as this is non-refundable under any circumstances. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
Bookings made Less Than 30 Days Prior To Travel:
Bookings made within 30 days of travel are payable in full.
Airline Bookings:
Airlines are instant purchase and Airlines require full payment upfront by credit card only. We are unable to accept direct deposits for airline purchases.
