By offering essential Umrah services, from visa issuance to Umrah flights, accommodations in Makkah and Madinah, ground transportation, Nusuk takes care of everything. By providing the information of registered and authorized travel agents and hotels, Nusuk eliminates the confusion of Umrah pilgrims searching for a reliable travel agency.

It is important to note that Nusuk does not operate Umrah physically. It redirects pilgrims to the travel agents. Umrah travelers have to book Umrah Packages through travel agents, particularly pilgrims living in a Muslim majority country.

According to the updated Umrah rules, it is now mandatory for travel agents to include Nusuk-registered hotels in their Umrah Packages. The ministry, by this rule, ensures that accommodation providers follow the strict accommodation standard protocol.

While most e-visas are issued instantly, the approval of the Umrah visa takes no more than three working days.
